Evaluation on Industrial Waste Disposal Management, 2020

Absrtact
The project included five major work items, the following described each parts results of the work. Firstly, the cleanup and recycling status of industrial waste that difficult to cleanup and the capacity of those waste disposal organizations were investigated near the four seasons and those waste. By tracking the waste of industries, this project has supported the management proposal. Secondly, five industrial parks were investigated, the consequence of research of the difficult types of industrial waste in the industrial parks including waste plastic mixture、waste plastic、waste wood、waste fiber cloth and so on. Improve recycle efficiency by analyzing the physical and chemical characteristics of the waste samples and counseling industries. Thirdly, collected the recycling technology of aluminum-containing plastic bags and waste LCD panel glass, and investigated the factory cleanup and recycling status. The results showed that there have been actual cases of LCD panel glass recycle, and it has recycling benefits. It is recommended to promote related industries for recycling. In addition, this project proposed the amendments of the“ Industrial Self-Clearance and Treatment Waste Permit Management Regulation (draft)”, simplified application procedures. Fourthly, completed the project planned dioxin tracking investigations for five years(third year), including twenty sampling and analysis works, creating dioxin fingerprints data for 3 industries. Finally, the quarterly inspection of four Environmental Science and Technology Parks was finished. Their operational data were also collected and organized.
